The pricing of a 5-million-share public offering has been reported by Battle Mountain Gold Company (TSE). The price was fixed at US$16 per share. Proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and potential future acquisitions, says BMG Chairman Douglas Bourne. Options to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares have been granted to the underwriters for 30 days.
