Science Council supports metrology

The Science Council of British Columbia is supporting the development of a third module in Matrix Consultants’ series on Metrology in Mining and Metallurgy.

The software modules consist of a large set of spreadsheet templates and a manual in which the elements of probability and statistics are introduced in a logical progression on the basis of practical examples.

Part 3 – Precision and Bias for Ore Reserves is aimed at presenting a consistent approach to the application of probability theory and applied statistics in the area of mineral exploration.
